Americana Cafe was created as a homage to American foods, and the American Cinema. Its creators, Melissa Davis Jones & Dean Jones decided to share
their unique culinary creation with the community, providing patrons with a
new blend of food and entertainment for Alamance County and the triad.
With a beautifully themed atmosphere, this restaurant makes for a pleasant
casual dining experience for families and individuals, especially for an
appreciation of the American Cinema. The menu is traditional however, our
blend of flavor and seasoning brings Americana Cafe food to a new level of
taste bud enjoyment. Americana Cafe is also proud to serve our locally
produced and veteran owned Salvation Coffee both hot and cold brew. We
serve espresso, cappuccinos, New Orleans style beignets and a custom-built
& brand-new full-service bar.
After moving back to North Carolina from Los Angeles California a few years
ago, Mr. Jones' imagination lended itself to the design aspect of the
restaurant. The dining room decor has been infused with a touch of its
owner's professional background as a Hollywood Filmmaker, including large
flat screen TV's exclusively playing classic movies and television shows as
source of dining room entertainment.
Mrs. Davis Jones' two-decade background in healthcare is felt with the
healthy dishes she offers to the community, including her signature
Hollywood Mix Salad. This locally owned and operated family business opens
their restaurant and bar to the community they love so dearly. Military,
police, fire and rescue receive 50% of their meals. We hope you enjoy it
and we can't wait to meet you! Private party bookings available on Sundays.
